1. Completed and signed parental release and consent form.
2. Signed code of conduct.
3. Copies of the front and back of your current health insurance card.

The final date for camp registration, receipt of camp fees and documents is June 15

Annual dues of $100 must be paid to participate in scouting activities (including camp).

The cost of Camp:

1. $900 - first scout
2. $800 - second scout
3. $750 - third and other scout from same household

Transportation:

• Transportation to and from camp will the responsibility of parents/families
• Transportation within camp (to Huntington Lake) will be provided

Dietary Restrictions:

• Please indicate on the registration form if a vegetarian or vegan diet is required. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. And of course, please note any dietary allergies.

Backpacking for Older Scouts

• Razvedchiki and razvedchitsi will go on an overnight backpacking adventure.
• In addition to the items listed the camper’s inventory, the following items are necessary:
  • Overnight backpack - 30 to 50 liter size - NOT A DAYPACK - 
  • Sleeping pad
  • Sturdy trail shoes or boots

Events for Families and Friends

• July 5 evening, День Памяти Верных ceremony and solemn campfire
• July 12 evening, final campfire and commemorations
• July 13 morning, final stroi and awards

Camping for Family and Friends

• Badger Flats individual campground is located adjacent to the group site across Rancheria Creek.
• Campsites cost $22 per night and are non-reservable
• There are additional reservable campgrounds and limited lodging facilities at Huntington Lake

Druzhina Kiev Members

• Razvedchiki and Razvedchitsi from Northern California are welcome to attend - please note the following:
  • Liability release, insurance card copies and annual dues should be sent to Druzhina Kiev contacts.
  • Signed code of conduct and camp fees should be sent to the above Druzhina Nizhny Novgorod contacts.
